eeemerging ensembles, the 2015 selection !

Among the 82 applications received, 6 ensembles were selected by the eeemerging co-organisers through auditions that were held in Leipzig, Paris and Basel.

These ensembles are Barroco Tout, Sollazzo Ensemble, Repicco, Les Contre-sujets, Camerata Bachiensis and Amsterdam Corelli Collective.

They will each benefit from several periods of residency, hosted by the co-organisers, as well as specific training in promotion, administration, marketing and communication, artistic coaching, staging, etc. They will perform concerts at the eeemerging co-organisers and partners venues.

Radio Antiqua, Abchordis, Seconda Pratica and Voces Suaves, the 2013 & 2014 laureates, will also benefit from the eeemerging program in 2015.

eeemerging, a new European project to support young ensembles

The process set in place by the eeemerging project aims to increase equality in the options open to young ensembles, give them excellent working conditions along with support and organisation for their projects, and help them to negotiate the realities of the early music market in Europe.

Ambronay Cultural Encounter Centre runs this project with 7 co-organisers : Ghislieri Musica in Pavia, Early Music Centre of the National University of Music of Bucharest, Göttingen International Handel Festival, Ars Ramovš in Ljubljana, National Centre for Early Music, York, Riga Early Music Centre and Ozango Productions in Strasbourg.
